Kimmie MiddaysKimberly Marquez, also known as Kimmie, is a Fresno native who has worked in the entertainment industry since 2012. Before entering the entertainment industry, Kimmie went to Roosevelt High School where she was very involved in extra-curricular activities. She was a cheerleader for 4 years, and captain of her cheer squad for 2. Kimmie was also a part of the Arts Program – RSA. She took 2 years of acting classes and 4 years of dance – Contemporary Jazz and Ballet. Kimmie was cast in her first high school musical as an ensemble for Aladdin. She also used to be the lunch activities and rallies commissioner; She emceed and organized school events. In Fall of 2012, after graduating high school, Kimmie started an internship at a local radio station for a year and began her history with Q97.1fm the following year as a Promotions Assistant. In 2014, Kimmie became the morning show producer for the Greg and Dre Morning Show and earned her spot in the Middays becoming “Middays with Kimmie”. While working in radio for about a decade on KSEQ-Q97.1fm in Fresno. During that period, she also interned at KBOS-Telemundo Fresno for 2 years, while working for her AA-Communications degree at Fresno City College full time. Kimmie serves her community as a youth advocate. She has spoken at many different community events around Fresno including Fresno County’s Annual Youth Leadership Summit. The love for her community empowered Kimberly to join pageantry. In 2017, she proudly wore San Joaquin Valley across her chest representing her home grounds at Miss California USA in the Miss Universe Organization where she took home the Producer’s Choice Award. She, then, went on to win the first ever national title as Miss Nuestra Belleza USA in 2018. Kimmie is a woman of many talents, she is also an actress who began her professional acting career in 2015. She has starred in commercials, films, and short films, such as State of Consciousness the movie, and Catch The 57, a short film on Amazon Prime. Kimmie also had a cameo appearance in the movie Fast and Furious 9. Kimberly hosts her own podcast on YouTube called Conversations With Kimmie. Her influence in the community has allowed her to work as a brand ambassador for some household name brands, including McDonald’s and MetroPCS. In addition to her extensive list of accomplishments in her different career fields, Kimberly is an entrepreneur. She is the owner of Kimmie Cosmetics and Lead With Love Clothing Brand. Her greatest accomplishment, however, will always be the day she became a mother for the first time. Kimmie entered motherhood in February of 2021, giving birth to her handsome baby boy, Marcus, aka Markie. She moved to Los Angeles for 2 years to focus on motherhood, and just recently made her way back to the Central Valley to work in radio again, and to take her career to new heights. Doing what she loves most, Kimmie will, without a doubt, continue to flourish in all her present and future endeavors. Her work ethic is unmatched. With a much wiser mindset and a countless amount of experience, she is ready for it all!
